We’re happy to announce that DeveloperWeek and the DeveloperWeek Hackathon were a huge success! We kicked off the week with a night at the Devie Awards then spent the next few days chatting with developers of all skill sets. Out Developer Advocate gave a presentation on Privacy and then headed to the hackathon over the weekend to see what people would build using TomTom Maps APIs!

Yellow Pages is a digital media and marketing solutions leader that allows users to search for phone listings and local business locations. They are now using the TomTom Maps Search API to geocode millions of addresses a year. Yellow Pages geocodes these addresses to produce a geospatial location and perform address resolution

Pip Pip Yalah is the largest ridesharing app in Morocco with over 300,000 users. Founded in 2013, the company started as a Facebook group that connected drivers and passengers. As the group grew, so did the need for an easier way to grab a ride which led the CEO and Founder, Hicham Zouaoui, to create a mobile app for users.
