Navigation SDK Active Users Analytics

For your convenience and to improve the usability of the TomTom Navigation SDK, we provide the Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU) feature. This feature provides you with full visibility of the main metrics related to their TomTom Navigation SDK usage. This following documentation explains how you can use this function.

What are the metrics:

Daily Active Users (DAU) - We define this as each installation (User) that has used the TomTom Navigation SDK at least once in a given day.
Monthly Active Users (MAU) - Each application (User) that has used the TomTom Navigation SDK at least once in a given month.
Total active users (TAU) - Total number of applications (User) that used the TomTom Navigation SDK at least once in a chosen time period.
Peak daily users (PAU) - Greatest number of total applications (User) that used the TomTom Navigation SDK within a day in the chosen time period.

Who can access this feature

All customers who have access to the TomTom Navigation SDK can take advantage of the Active User reporting feature on the Dashboard.

Filters

Dates - Easily select a range of dates on which you want to focus.
Navigation SDK Key - View all the data belonging to a specific Navigation SDK key. Note: the only keys shown in this view are those that are enabled for the TomTom Navigation SDK. No other keys are displayed.

DAU-Filters-small - Zoom level - This pulldown menu changes the detail level for the graphs.

If you select “Day” - you see a graph of Daily active users.
If you select “Month” - you see graph of Monthly active users.
