Accessing the Help Center

You can access the TomTom Help Center directly from the Dashboard. Follow these steps:
1. Log into the Dashboard2. Navigate to the Help Center

There are two ways to access the Help Center:

  • Option 1: Click the question mark icon in the top-right corner, then select Help Center from the dropdown menu.

  • Option 2: In the Dashboard, locate the Help Center panel and click Get support.

3. Access the Help CenterTo access the Help Center, choose one of the sign-in options: 
  • Sign in with Dashboard login 
  • Sign in with SSO (Microsoft Azure)
