Accessing the Help Center

You can access the TomTom Help Center directly from the Dashboard. Follow these steps:
1. Log into the Dashboard
Go to the TomTom Dashboard, available at https://developer.tomtom.com/user/me/dashboard.
Sign in to your account.
There are two ways to access the Help Center:
Option 1: Click the question mark icon in the top-right corner, then select Help Center from the dropdown menu.
Option 2: In the Dashboard, locate the Help Center panel and click Get support.

Once you're signed in, you can create support cases and track the status of your existing requests.
