Overview

This TomTom Release Notes page records the release date with changes and bug fixes associated with a product release. The release dates are in descending order starting with the most recent update.

Changes:

• Jobs created after that date which are not automatically accepted will have more details in sample details file. For each location (route or area), date range and time set there will be presented road network length covered with data together with overall road network length.

Changes:

• New version of Traffic Stats released.
  • Your Traffic Stats results are now being map-matched on the fly to our TomTom map. This means you can now use a rich variety of our map versions and deliver results on a road network definition of your choice.
  • More map versions are now available, including the most recent 2020.06 map which includes the latest road geometries in all supported countries. Please check the Available Maps endpoint for more information.
  • Map matching on the fly is available for the latest 2 years of data (recent two years). Traffic data for previous years is still available on 2016.12 and 2018.12 maps.
  • Route analysis is now using routing that works on historical map versions, so Route reports shouldn't be rejected due to invalid geometries anymore.
  • Introduced a limit on the maximum date range length.
