Creates and returns an object conforming to the PoiVisualization interface.
Multiple instances of PoiVisualization may coexist, each associated with its own TomTomMap. This is useful, for example, when creating a multiple-screen setup.
Parameters

The entry point for the map on which the Points of Interest will be drawn.
