Responsible for creating instances of RangeVisualization.

Creates an instance of the default implementation of RangeVisualization. Multiple instances of RangeVisualization may coexist, each associated with its own TomTomSDKMapDisplay/TomTomMap. This is useful, for example, when creating a multiple-screen setup.
