Inconsistent

The region's installed data is inconsistent and cannot be used.

A region can become inconsistent if a region operation is forcibly interrupted (e.g., power loss, forced termination, or critical error).

This state is usually automatically resolved when map update is enabled and connected to the update service. However, if auto recovery fails (e.g., due to bad network conditions), the region requires manual intervention to resolve the inconsistency (for example by downloading the region again).
