Reconstruction mode intended for importing and processing tracks.

This mode is designed for cases where the provided polyline originates from external or unreliable sources such as raw GPS recordings.

The input polyline does not need to accurately follow the road geometry on the map. Large gaps between points are allowed, and the polyline may contain loops or repeated segments along the same road.

During reconstruction, the algorithm loosely follows the provided polyline, prioritizing the creation of a valid, legal route. As a result, the reconstructed route may differ from the originally intended path, especially in areas with routing restrictions or traffic constraints.
