Horizon element that contains data about a railway crossing.

To receive such elements in the horizon snapshot, specify RailwayCrossingElementType in the horizon options that you register with the horizon engine:

    elementTypes = listOf(RailwayCrossingElementType, ...),
    ...
)

RailwayCrossingElement is a spot element. For spot elements, startOffset and endOffset values are the same.
