HybridOnlineFirstContinuousReplanningFeature

Enable or disable continuous replanning feature for hybrid online-first navigation.

When this feature is enabled, if the ETA difference is more than 30 minutes, then, regardless of online tiles availability, the route will be replanned using firstly the online planner, and if failed the offline route planner. In other situations, for example continuous replanning every 3 min, the route will be replanned using only the online route planner.
