cancelAllMapOperations
Requests cancellation of all operations scheduled with scheduleMapOperations for the specified updatable regions.
If the operations for a node have been successfully canceled, then the corresponding RegionGraphNodeState gets a lastCompletedOperation of MapUpdateError.Canceled.

The list of node IDs that were previously passed to scheduleMapOperations to schedule an operation.
