Matcher for a 'settings' button in the root browsing panel of a source. Used to open the settings of a source.

Can be used only for tests involving the stock media frontend, only for sources supporting showing a Settings activity, and potentially only for sources where the default UserFlowPolicy is used, or for panels where a stock Settings button is present.
