enum RequestResponseMode : Enum<RequestResponseMode>

Defines the mode in which the AlexaSimulator runs.

Entries

CAPTURE_MODE

StockAlexaService communicates directly with AACS, and the AlexaSimulator captures the messages exchanged between the 2 services. This is used for recording the interaction between the two services so that a simulation of the same scenario can be played back during a test run.

REPLAY_MODE

StockAlexaService communicates directly with the AlexaSimulator, which replies to the messages that were previously captured while in CAPTURE_MODE. In this mode, AACS should not be started.
