Zero or more multiple instance runtime deployment configurations, indexed by RuntimeDeploymentId.MultipleInstance.
It is possible to define more than one multiple instance runtime deployment, to run multiple instance service hosts in different processes per instance. It is also used for integration tests to define multiple SUTs.
The IVI gradle plugin generates the RuntimeDeploymentId.MultipleInstance and provides them as an extension to IviBuildConfig. For example: IviBuildConfig.primaryScreenRuntime.
