The authentication process has been started.
The VPA is informing the client about how authentication should be performed. Authentication information is supplied via an AuthenticationInfo object.
For AuthenticationType.ONLINE_CODE_BASED authentication, the user must go to the supplied URL and enter the authentication code there.
