Plugin to configure the TomTom-internal NavKit2 API key and the NavKit2 Onboard Map through a configuration provider for internal testing purposes.

Note: This plugin can only be used internally by TomTom as the navkit2apikey module is not published. Be aware, that local.properties file should be located under the :platform module, otherwise custom arguments will be empty.
