ServiceConnectionId

Uniquely identifies a connection to a service.

Note: That if a peer (e.g. a device or other remote entity) connects to multiple services every connection has a unique ServiceConnectionId.

Note: That this is an opaque identifier, the implementation of which should be supplied by connectivity client and the connectivity server implementations.
